Banana Krumble
Banana Krumble is one of our latest additions to the catalog for 2020. We selected the Banana Punch for its smell and flavor of overripe bananas and cinnamon and crossed it with our selected OG Kush to bring back the gassy fuel like flavor.
Banana Krumble grows very short with thick, overlapping fingers and only starts to stretch in late veg and early flower. It can take moderate to high feedings and produces medium-high yields. The compact buds will need support during the last weeks of flowering. Buds are dense and covered in resin, making it an ideal strain for extractions. The effect is very strong on the body and long-lasting, making Banana Krumble the ideal nightcap strain.
Banana Krumble is an average to high-yielding, potent hybrid cross between two renowned cannabis strains – Banana Punch and OG Kush. Plants are short-ish and
produce buds that are heavily-covered in resin making it a great strain from which to make extractions and concentrates. Banana Krumble is quite a hungry plant and can take medium to high levels of nutrients – learn to read your plants and they will tell you whether they need more food.
Indoors flowering takes 8 – 9 weeks and buds will probably need some form of support in later flowering stages as they can bend the branches and risk snapping them. Outdoors in northern latitudes harvest will be in late September. In this environment, plants will typically reach a height of 170 – 200 cm. and produce as much as 500 gr/plant.
Scent and taste are a nice blend of ripe bananas and fuel notes, the latter from the OG Kush parent. The effect is heavily physical and also long-lasting and it is recommended for evening consumption.
