Gelato 41 Auto
Gelato 41 Auto is a faithful descendant of the Cookies family, and as such represents each and every one of the features of this mythical cannabis lineage. It descends from the cross between the Sunset Sherbert and the Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies, where the populations most similar to the elite clones used as parents were selected.
How to grow Gelato 41 Auto?
In indoor crops it is recommended to grow with a continuous photoperiod of 20 hours of light and 4 of darkness, but if you think it is a lot of electrical expense you can lower it to 16/8 and it will continue to yield well. We recommend germinating in a definitive pot, this way we avoid making transplants that can cause stress and slow down its development. You can put 9 plants/3x3ft (m2) in 4 US gal (15 litre) pots, or 16 plants/3x3ft (m2) in 1.8 US gal (7 litre) pots.
Outdoors you can get several harvests of Gelato 41 Auto throughout the year, although the most interesting will always coincide with the spring and summer season. Here it is preferable to plant in a larger pot than indoors, at least 6.6 US gal (25 litres) so that it has enough root space to show its full potential.
When is it harvested indoors and outdoors?
In indoor cultivation needs about 11 weeks from germination to harvest. Grown with the help of the sun, outdoors or in greenhouses may need up to 2 more weeks, depending on environmental conditions and other factors such as pests or stress.
How much does Gelato 41 Auto produce?
It can be considered a Auto XXL because its production is very high in all senses. Indoors, illuminated with HPS, LEC or high power LED’s you can obtain outputs of over 17.6 oz per 3x3ft (500 grams/m2). Outdoors each well grown specimen can give you more than 3.5 oz (100 grams) of dry buds. The content of resin, cannabinoids and terpenes is also very high.
