The resin-producing power that the female cannabis plant possesses is well known; it is probably this marvelous power and talent that have tempted breeders through the ages to modify various variables to increase its yield, change the quality of its flavors and fragrances, and consequently its effects. The expectation and decision to dedicate effort and time to the recovery of pure resin is based on the cannabis resin’s psychoactivity and how this coincides with the personal absorption of the large or microscopic particles of plant material in varying proportions of cannabis.

Secret Icer Device

The original Secret Chamber was designed to cover one-size trichome extraction. It was designed to allow someone to simply reverse the bubble-making process through a filtering system that pulled out the malleable resins, leaving them desirable for dabbing or smoking while getting rid of the hydroponic compounds. Unlike its predecessor, the Secret Icer wasn’t designed to pull out the makings of any concentrates but to remove the already-dried trichome-laden ice or bubble pellets from their water. Through the removal of a majority of the plant matter before it even becomes pellet form and the passage of the bubble pellets through a series of tighter and tighter screens, the Secret Icer offers easy-to-use methods of curing and collecting a product that is unique among bubble hash/sieve results.

The Secret Icer consists of a basic resin extractor box which is designed to filter the sticky resin particles from the plant material they are found amongst. Time has shown that this concept is applicable for many different forms of plant materials, but it is the early flowering resin from the cannabis plant which the Secret Icer was meant to present. By depositing the green ice from the classic ice-extraction method directly into the Secret Chamber’s removable base/strainer system, and allowing the icicles to drip at room temperature in the void underneath, a large concentration of trichome resin makes itself known through a screen. This is a technology originating from the classic ice-extraction and depending on similar methods.

The Secret-Icer is designed for use as a cannabis smoking reduction device. This invention briefly passes through the smoke that is initially released by the ignition of cannabis, reducing the amount of it normally inhaled by the user. Cannabis smokers inhale the smoke of combusted cannabis directly from the flaming joint or pipe, characteristic of the rapid absorption of the product components caused by the intense rise of puffs of aerosols of burning cannabis, resulting in significant losses and decreased efficiency of therapeutic activity. The preferable approach to reduce inhalation of smoke from cannabis is to inhale the aerosols evolved from cannabis heating devices. However, it is a well-known fact that all worldwide cannabis smokers prefer to directly inhale cannabis smoke. The active particles of the cannabis smoke, together with the aerosols, are present in finer fractions that are rapidly deposited throughout the respiratory system, causing the desired therapeutic effect.
