Dutch Passion Skywalker was a popular strain introduced in the late 1990s. Originally, this strain was created by crossing two classic Dutch Passion strains: Blueberry x Mazar. This indica-dominant plant, with its robust growth pattern and fruity notes, combined with an excellent color palette, has made this strain a sought-after product for both domestic and commercial growers.

Dutch Passion’s team of breeders have created a carefully selected new cross between the classic Blueberry and Mazar. The result of this was crossed with a super strong and extremely resin elite clone of the incredibly powerful Amnesia from the Amsterdam underground scene. We named this gem “Amsterdam Amnesia”. The result of this (Blueberry x Mazar) x Amsterdam Amnesia cross is SKYWALKER HAZE. Available in both photoperiod and Auto Skywalker Haze.

SKYWALKER HAZE is a powerful sativa. They have a vigorous growth and flowering phase, develop strong branches and are usually relatively large. SKYWALKER HAZE is a hybrid with a short flowering time. On average, it takes 9-10 weeks to fully mature. It is a plant that easily adapts to the environment and is not difficult to care for.

As a result, it is also very suitable for novice gardeners who want to grow the Haze variety. In terms of nutritional requirements, it is also not difficult, it grows best in organic conditions, but also works well on a cocoon or even a hydro system. SKYWALKER HAZE is a cannabis strain with a great leaf to flower ratio, her buds are also quite firm and compact.

The buds of this variety are compact, hard and resinous. It is recommended to use new carbon filters when growing indoors. The flowers have a very strong and pungent smell. Cropping it from above and using the LST or SCROG technique will give you some control over its height.

This variety can be grown indoors or outdoors, but outdoor cultivation in temperate climates or very northern or very southern regions is not recommended. Due to the longer flowering period, it may take a little longer to ripen before the weather changes and causes problems.

SKYWALKER HAZE has a strong and long-lasting effect. It is a combination of brain opening and body petrification. But opening the brain is noticeably stronger than the physical effect. The effect is therefore euphoric, energetic and joyful, which is typical of the effect of a sativa-dominant cannabis plant.

It’s a wonderful effect that transforms over time into a relaxing and calming feeling. The indica genes in this cross provide a subtle but significant, relaxing after-effect. SKYWALKER HAZE has an average flowering time of 9 weeks. However, some plants take a little longer, for example 10 to 11 weeks (at most) to fully mature. Especially when the climate is not optimal. Its stretch phase during flowering makes this plant great in SOG in the pre-short growth phase. Outdoors, Skywalker Haze can only be grown in slightly sunnier and drier climates.

It is not suitable for growing in colder/wetter northern or southern regions. However, it also feels very good in the Mediterranean area. When grown in a sunny and warm climate, this variety does best. At the end of the flowering phase, the plants will be packed with beautiful white buds covered with bright orange buds and a thick layer of resin. In areas with cold night temperatures, flowers and leaves will sometimes appear blue and purple.

SKYWALKER HAZE is a plant with a very large XXL yield. Its flowers can grow into very large flowers of 45-60 cm in length in the most favorable conditions! On average it will be about 20-30 cm, with short to medium internodal spacing. This ensures their dense growth and therefore a strong harvest. But even when it doesn’t, the compactness of the buds add more weight than you’d expect from a sativa-dominant strain.

When harvest time comes, you can count on a very bountiful harvest. SKYWALKER HAZE can also produce very high yields indoors. Therefore, the yield is up to 500-600 g/m2. In the hands of an expert, even more is possible and you can easily exceed 600 grams. Outdoors, plants produce several hundred grams on average, but if grown in a very sunny and dry place, it is possible to yield 500-1000 grams per plant.
