Fertilizer PK 13-14
Plagron PK 13-14 is a mineral booster fertilizer offering extra phosphorus and potassium to flowering plants. These two elements act directly to enhance strength, density, or fruit mass. Phosphorus (P) employed in strengthening the root structure and flower formation. It also enhances the energy metabolism of the plant, which yields the formation of denser and heavier crops. Strengthened roots also absorb nutrients more effectively. With potassium (K), it works for water balance, nutrient absorption, and resistance to stress in plants; in addition, it increases sugar content and aroma of fruits, along with strengthening immunity and lowering stresses’ risks (heat, drought).
During the flowering period, the plant displays increased demand for these elements, which makes PK 13-14 an excellent supplementary product for it.
| Criterion | PK 13-14 | Regular Bloom Fertilizer |
|---|---|---|
| Phosphorus (P) | 13.4% (high concentration) | 5–8% (medium) |
| Potassium (K) | 14.4% (high concentration) | 7–10% (medium) |
| Usage Period | Only during peak flowering | Throughout the entire flowering stage |
| Effect | Dense, heavy fruits | General flower development |
How to use PK 13-14
Plagron PK 13-14 is for flowering only, that is, from the onset of flowering to the 2nd or 3rd week when the flower buds are being actively formed. Never use it during the vegetative period or after flowering, since excess phosphorous and potassium would harm the plants!
PK 13-14 must be treated with the following regard:
- Shake Plagron PK 13-14 well before use.
- Add 2 ml of PK 13-14 to 1 liter of water (1:500).\
- Use each and every irrigation of the flowering period with this solution.
- Do not use more than the amount recommended, or plants may suffer from an overdose of nutrients.
Warning
- Hydroponics: PK 13-14 is used only during flowering together with Base Nutrient.
- Soil/Coco: Use during 2-6 weeks of flowering, then discontinue.
Storage: Store Plagron PK 13-14 in temperatures ranging between 0°C and 35°C. Protect from direct sunlight and frost. The shelf life when kept unopened is 4 years.
