The creation of each CULTILITE LED CLASSIC LINE product represents a real challenge for us: to put to work our greatest passion, growing internally, technical competence acquired through years of experience in this sector.

We pay special attention to the needs of our customers by collecting and processing their feedback, which allows us to further improve the product. Our design offices in England put a lot of effort into analyzing and testing our competitor’s lamps to gather all the necessary information to make the lamp more reliable and durable, mainly focusing on the following points:

-High-quality American Bridgelux diodes: The first problem that manufacturers who start using LED panels instead of HPS lamps are forced to face is the high heat sensitivity of Chinese low-quality diodes, which are usually used to create indoor grow LEDs. Through years of collaboration with various research laboratories located in California, we have been able to study and test on-site the best diodes on the market. American diodes “Bridgelux”, a high-quality chip resistant to high temperatures (up to 150°C) turned out to be the most relevant.

-Improved cooling system: in addition to using better quality components, we decided to rework the cooling system to avoid all possible risks of overheating. The usual aluminum heater is insufficient to conduct the heat generated by the lamp and has been replaced by a special one. Our production sink is made of copper, which is known as one of the best materials that can conduct heat.

– CULTILITE LED CLASSIC LINE More power and less volume: the internal structure of the panels has also been revised and optimized, thanks to special tricks we were able to create spots containing 25 diodes, the panels are more powerful, but their dimensions are reduced…

– Modular lighting: another innovation concerns the modular lighting mode, we have introduced the possibility to turn on half of the panel or the whole panel, so the user can increase or decrease the light emitted, according to the needs of the plant. This point means lower energy consumption and, as a result, lower costs.

– 5+1 band spectrum, choice of color bands.
