HSB – BLUEBERRY
HSB – BLUEBERRY is one of the most famous and influential varieties in history. This is a highly dominant hybrid developed in the 1970s by working with Thai sativa and Afghani indica. This is a plant that produces rock hard, very resinous buds that tend to take on beautiful blue/purple tones. Blueberry taste and aroma is very pronounced.
This is a highly indica dominant hybrid with a very recognizable blueberry flavor, hence its name.
BLUEBERRY is not a difficult variety to grow, although it is not easy either. It needs medium doses of fertilizers because it is a plant that does not tolerate excess.
Outside it has a Christmas tree structure, although some phenotypes show a more columnar growth. The internodal distance is short, it has broad leaves and dark coloration.
You will get a harvest from the end of September to the beginning of October. This variety prefers a temperate climate.
Indoors, this is an ideal plant for SOG cultivation.
Despite the high percentage of indica, the sativa’s Thai genes make it stretch the first days of flowering. After changing the photoperiod, you will get a harvest in 8-9 weeks.
BLUEBERRY produces very compact and resinous buds. Most phenotypes develop prominent bluish/purple colors on leaves and flowers, more pronounced at the end of flowering and with mild temperatures.
Without a doubt, the aroma and taste are its biggest signatures, fresh and sweet with a bright hint of blueberry.
Although a very relaxing effect is expected, its Sativa genes make it a very energetic and cheerful cannabis strain, without being heavy or drowsy. It is valid at any time of the day.
BLUEBERRY is not the most productive variety of cannabis. But this is compensated by the huge quality of its harvest. Outdoors, the largest yield can reach 1000 grams per plant.
In indoor and optimized crops, the yield will be 350-450 grams per m². The best option is to grow in SOG from cuttings in pots of up to 3 liters.
