Soundproof Vent

The internal perforation of the casing can pass the sound waves, directed at the required angle to the layer of sound-absorbing material. The casing is internal heat and sound insulated with a 50mm mineral wool layer. The casing’s use of perforations and sound-absorbing material provides sound attenuation over a wide frequency range.

Due to Imper’s conical shape and selected blades, the circular speed of the airflow is increased, resulting in higher pressure and performance compared to a standard axial extractor.

It has the best balance of high-quality and high-pressure noise levels. The fan housing is equipped with an external sealed terminal box for connection to the mains.

The three-speed motor can be controlled with a built-in switch (option “V”) or an external switch for multi-speed fans (purchased separately). A built-in speed controller (option “P”) and an external TRIAC or autotransformer speed controller (available to order separately) provide smooth motor speed control when connected to the maximum speed terminal.

Machines with the “T” option have a shut-off delay timer adjustable from 2 to 30 minutes. Fans can be installed at the beginning, middle, or end of the duct system. Any angle with the fan axis is allowed. In one system, several fans can be installed in parallel to increase the airflow. The fan casing is equipped with mounting brackets for floor, wall, or ceiling mounting.
