BISCOTTI MINTZ is a glorious strain from Barney’s Farm and a rare taste sensation. Biscotti in itself was already a well-known, magnificent cannabis plant with a popular following. By crossing it with their very own Mintz phenotype, they’ve created something truly amazing. Indica lovers are in for a treat too, as it’s heavily indica-dominant. These are considered to be some of the most elusive and sought-after US genetics, and now you can get them bundled into a single seed.
Not only does its DNA packs quite a punch and develops some astounding phenotypes, but Biscotti Mintz is also fast and generous. With a flowering time of 56–63 days, even the most impatient growers will struggle to turn Biscotti Mintz down. Indoors, it will stay fairly low, growing to about 90cm, and outdoors it will ascend to 200cm.
Whilst it’s exceptionally generous outdoors, this cultivar prefers warmer climates, and completes its flowering stage in the first or second week of October. It can still grow in temperate climates, as long as it’s not too wet. If you’re after the best results, you might want to keep it in a warm spot. And the best results are really exceptional. Up to 650g/m² indoors and a massive 1.5kg outdoors mean you can have a lot of delicious buds, for a long time!
Despite ticking basically all the boxes, Biscotti Mintz’s biggest claim is its unique and almost unrivalled flavours. They are wide-ranging and seriously moreish. You’ll find Kushy flavours, chocolate cookies mingling with creamy mint and invigorating spicy notes. But the terpenes also really stand out, creating a rich aroma of limonene, caryophyllene, and eucalyptol.
